We offer a selection of local chickens such as whole (free range in the summer) from Heritage Lane Farms, boneless chicken breast, chicken legs, bone-in chicken breasts, boneless chicken thighs, chicken wings and drumettes.
One of the only remaining full service butchers in the city. We know our stuff, just ask our butchers with over 50 years of combined at our st. marys location alone. Our beef is sourced local whenver availabe. We also age our beef for a minimum of 28 days(mostly longer) to ensure every cut MEATS every ecpectation.
Bison is something were happy to bring in as often as possible. We bring in whole Bison and have any cut you desire, ground , steaks, chops or roasts we can do it all.
Lamb is something were happy to bring in as often as possible. We bring in whole local Lamb and have any cut you desire, ground, steaks, chops or roasts we can do it all. When local is not avaible We also offer a selection of other frozen lamb year round.
We have a full service pork counter, working with local producers to provicde the highest quality chops, ribs, ground and roasts.
We produce all of our own smoked products, deli meats and fresh sausages on site at our St. Marys Location. Made in small batches to ensure the highest quality our sausages have no added preservatives and are gluten free. From smokies, chorizo, hungarian, garlic sausage, Farmers, pepperettes to our fresh un-smoked un-processed fresh sausages our quality and prices can't be beat.
We have the best jerky in Winnipeg, freshly smoked every day to perfection. We have regular, barbque, habenero and pepper beef jerky. As well as barbque and teryaki chicken. Our smokehouses are always working and we still can't keep up with the demand.
With no added nitrates and lean cuts our bacon in un-beatable. Happy to slice it thick or thin, our versitile bacon is a great addition to any meal.
